Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members in Carson City, NV to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will help with truck unloading, stocking, planograms and maintaining a well-merchandised store to meet our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting omni-channel processes, and adhering to SOPs while interacting positively with the team and customers.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) compliance.
• Maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store and handle returns.
