Macy’s, Inc. in Vernon Hills is seeking a Customer Experience Colleague to create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for our customers across in-store and online touchpoints.

You will engage shoppers, tailor product recommendations, and drive cross-category sales to support business goals. You will work with peers and brand partners, support operations on the floor, merchandise setup, and handle opening/closing procedures while using digital tools to enhance the customer journey.

Qualificações

• 2+ years selling or customer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers with a warm greeting and personalized recommendations.
• Drive cross-category sales across in-store and online channels.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floor and assist with merchandise setup.
• Promote loyalty benefits and assist with credit applications.
