Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Customer Experience Colleague to deliver personalized shopping experiences across in-store and online channels. You will engage customers, tailor product recommendations, and leverage digital tools to enhance journeys while collaborating with multiple departments.

You will support floor readiness and merchandise setups, participate in events, and assist with opening/closing procedures, aiming to meet sales goals with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years selling or customer experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Able to acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for customers across in-store and online touchpoints.
• Drive cross-category sales to support business goals.
• Build client relationships via tools like My Client and social media.
• Support floor readiness, event execution, merchandise setup, and opening/closing procedures.
