Job summary

Michaels Stores in Paradise Valley, AZ is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products. You will ensure a fast, accurate checkout and participate in curbside and in-store pick up processes.

You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep the store well-merchandised. The role supports rewards enrollment, VOC surveys, and safety and SOP adherence, with opportunities for cross-training in framing services.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Compliance with federal, state and local requirements for U.S. employment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain store appearance through merchandise recovery and in-stock levels.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
