Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store team member for the PHX-MESA/SIGNAL BUTTE location in Mesa, AZ. You’ll assist customers, guide them to products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You’ll also participate in stocking, merchandising, and store recovery to keep shelves in stock and well-presented. Typical duties include engaging customers about rewards programs, assisting with BOPIS/SFS processes, and upholding SOPs while maintaining a positive, respectful store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and be active on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
