Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling
• Promote the Michaels Rewards program and enroll customers
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store and manage returns
