Job summary

Michaels in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout process. You will complete truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties while maintaining store recovery to keep shelves in stock.

Engage customers on rewards enrollments and participate in the VOC survey. You will assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), support shrink and safety programs, and follow SOPs to comply with store policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock shelves and merchandise recovery; complete returns as needed.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; support shrink and safety programs.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
