Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store: help shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and manage cash handling to standards.
• Promote rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers as needed.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and participate in omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms; maintain in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
