Job summary

Michaels in Woodbury, NY is seeking team members to deliver excellent customer service, help shoppers find products, and process checkout efficiently. You will support truck unloading, stocking, and planograms, while maintaining an in-stock store and assisting with recovery and safety programs.

You'll engage customers in the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and participate in omni-channel tasks such as BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in locating products and solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Card programs.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and support Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery; support store recovery efforts.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
