Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store team member in Laurel, MD to assist customers, stock shelves, and handle checkout duties in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers find products, enroll them in rewards programs, and support omnichannel options such as BOPIS and SFS.

The role requires standing for long periods and physical activity typical of a store setting. Applicants must be able to lift, bend, and climb ladders as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
