Job summary

Michaels LA-Lakewood store seeks a friendly team member to assist customers, stock merchandise, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will help shoppers find products, enroll customers in rewards, and support in-store recovery and visual standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with unloading trucks, stocking, and participating in SISO/AD set duties while adhering to safety and SOPs. Prior retail experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Follow SOPs, safety and cash-handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote rewards program and credit card enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain merchandise and store recovery; support shrink and safety programs.
