Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers with locating products and solutions.
• Experience handling cash and maintaining checkout standards.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and perform merch recovery and returns processing.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs and policies.
