Job summary

Michaels Grand Forks store is seeking a customer-focused team member to help customers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and store recovery while supporting omnichannel services like BOPIS and SFS.

The role emphasizes customer engagement with rewards programs, adherence to SOPs, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Prior retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to move throughout the store and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
