Job summary

Michaels Exton is a retail destination seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers shop, locate products, and provide fast, helpful checkout experiences. You will handle cash, participate in truck unloading, restocking, and maintaining visual standards.

You’ll engage guests with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store, and uphold safety and store recovery standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go back process.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact with others positively.
