Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership with daily operations, including food service, POS transactions, and general upkeep. You will engage customers with friendliness and efficiency, contributing to the brand's reputation for excellent service.

The role emphasizes safe handling, accurate transactions, and adherence to company standards, with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.
Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.
Prior experience in food service and/or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers and maintaining high service standards.
Operate the register, handle payments, fuel cards, and ensure drawer balance at shift end.
Assist customers with tobacco, lottery, or items behind the counter and educate on assisted checkout terminals.
Prepare made-to-order food and beverages, ensuring accuracy, quality, and speed of service.
Restock products and check expiration codes, maintain store cleanliness and safety.
Follow safety, security, and SOPs and uphold Royal Farms brand standards.
