Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store operations, assist customers, and ensure safe, efficient service. You will greet customers, handle POS transactions, prepare food/beverages, and help with stocking and cleanliness.

You will follow safety standards, assist with fuel and other store duties, and work in a fast-paced environment while upholding the Royal Farms brand values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn safety processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the register, handle payments, and assist with fuel/gift cards.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages per recipes.
• Restock, check expirations, and maintain clean, organized store.
• Adhere to safety, security, and SOPs during all tasks.
