Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership with tasks spanning food service, POS operations, and general upkeep. You will engage customers with friendliness and professionalism to reinforce brand standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling transactions and fuel, preparing made-to-order items, stocking, cleanliness, safety compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food service or retail is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the register, handle payments, and manage fuel transactions.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages per recipe.
• Restock products and check expiration codes.
• Maintain clean and safe store environment; report hazards.
• Follow all safety procedures and SOPs; perform other duties as assigned.
