Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership and deliver a safe, efficient, customer-focused experience. The role covers food service, POS transactions, merchandising, and general upkeep to uphold brand standards.

The successful candidate will engage customers with friendliness and professionalism, work in a fast-paced environment, and assist with various tasks including inventory and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to learn and follow all safety processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge.
• Operate the register, process payments, and assist with fuel, tobacco, or lottery transactions when needed.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages accurately, quickly, and safely.
• Restock and merchandise to maintain a fully stocked store with clean displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; report unsafe conditions.
• Follow safety procedures and help uphold Royal Farms standards and procedures.
