Michaels is hiring at the DESTIN, FL location for a Store role focused on delivering friendly customer service and efficient checkout experiences. You will help customers locate products, assist with store tasks, and support omni-channel services such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

The team also handles truck unloading, stocking, and frame shop interactions. The position emphasizes customer engagement, adherence to SOPs, and a positive team attitude in a climate-controlled

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit cards; enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes; maintain stock levels.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
