Job summary

Michaels in Miami is hiring store associates to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure quick, accurate checkouts.

You will participate in stocking, planograms, truck unloads, and omnichannel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, with opportunities to cross-train in Custom Framing.

Employees enjoy discounts and benefits; candidates must be 16 or older; weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with store operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain store recovery, stock, and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs.
