Job summary

Michaels is seeking a customer-focused team member at our Sarasota, FL store to assist shoppers and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will support truck unloading, stocking, and maintain merchandising standards while helping customers with product locations and solutions.

The role involves Omni-channel support (BOPIS/SFS), participation in voice-of-customer surveys, and adherence to SOPs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; evenings and weekends may be

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram (POGs).
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to keep shelves in-stock and merchandised.
