Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willing to learn store systems and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by locating products and providing solutions.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
• Help keep the store in-stock and well-merchandised; support shrink and safety programs.
