Candidates should have retail or customer service experience and a willingness to participate in all-store operations. Provide guidance on rewards enrollment, maintain store standards, and help drive a top-notch shopping experience in a climate-controlled, public retail

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and resolve questions promptly.
• Ability to operate cash register and balance cash at shift end.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide practical solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollment in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and Omni channel options (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with stocking, truck unload, and planogram processes; maintain in-stock store.
• Support shrink control and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
