Job summary

Michaels College Station, TX is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout. You will handle truck unloading, stocking, and planograms to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

The role involves promoting the Rewards program, managing returns, and supporting Omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Evening/weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; handle returns as needed.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
