Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Rosenberg, TX is hiring for a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a quick, accurate checkout.

You’ll participate in stocking, POS transactions, and omni-channel tasks while maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment. Ideal candidates have retail/customer service experience; you’ll follow SOPs, support safety programs, and engage customers in rewards enrollment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
