Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding customers, promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and supporting omnichannel options (BOPIS/SFS) while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling to standards and accuracy.
• Ability to explain rewards program enrollment to customers.
• Familiarity with omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Commitment to SOPs and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experiences and process transactions.
• Encourage enrollment in rewards programs and private label cards.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock shelves.
• Participate in store recovery, merchandising and planogram adherence.
• Contribute to shrink control and safety programs.
• Engage with customers in a respectful, positive manner.
