Job summary

Michaels in PHX-MESA/SIGNAL BUTTE, AZ is hiring store team members to deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find what they need. You’ll handle checkout, stock, and recovery tasks to keep the store clean, in-stock, and welcoming.

Role focuses on assisting customers, processing transactions, and supporting omni-channel programs like Buy Online Pickup in Store. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and handle transactions.
• Friendly, dependable team member with basic product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions
• Support shrink and safety programs
