Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and count cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor and assist in store recovery as needed.
• Support safety and shrink reduction initiatives and provide feedback as required.
