• Rings purchases/returns and counts change accurately.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and restocks as needed.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness duties.
• Responds to feedback and adheres to labor laws and policies.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
