• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns per procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for sales floor following standards.
• Support store safety, cleanliness, and recovery throughout the day.
• Participate in shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
