• Ability to manage front-end and service operations while upholding SOPs and company programs.

• Proficiency with POS and Self-Checkout systems and ability to support omni-channel service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards and operations.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS systems, BOPIS, and Same Day Delivery for timely fulfillment.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
