Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and engagement.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Lead the store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front end operations and merchandising standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is in working order and staff trained.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support store manager duties in their absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
