Responsibilities

• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service goals.
• Train and supervise crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
• Partner with store manager to recruit, train, and coach crew members.
• Review corporate communications and respond accordingly.
