Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred (off-price, big box, or specialty retail environments are a plus)
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to lead a team during shifts
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced retail operations and maintain accuracy

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and deliver excellent customer service storewide
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities to meet business needs
• Ensure accurate transactions and help resolve customer concerns
• Support scheduling, opening/closing duties, and merchandising standards
• Maintain store organization and reinforce safety and operational procedures
