Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Lead Associates at the front of the store and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and support POS coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer interactions.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Promote safety and participate in shrink reduction programs.
