You will train staff, coordinate registers, and promote loyalty programs while upholding store standards, safety, and compliance. This role provides growth opportunities within a Fortune 100 company and a dynamic off-price retailer environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-store team to deliver prompt, courteous service.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and communicates priorities to staff.
• Promotes safety, labor law compliance, and shrink reduction goals.
