Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Models honesty and maintains confidentiality; adheres to labor laws and store policies.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and customer experience.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage needs.
• Ensures priority tasks are executed and communicates updates to management.
