Job summary

The Marshalls team at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline leader to ensure a premier customer experience across our Fort Smith location.

You will guide Associates at the front of the store, model service excellence, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. As a key trainer, you will mentor Associates, coordinate POS coverage, and respond to customer concerns with speed and courtesy.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and promote loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and leads Associates at front of store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures proper POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store cleanliness and safety.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports shrink reduction goals.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
