The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end supervisor at TJ Maxx in Edmonds, WA. You will lead a team of associates, promote an outstanding customer experience, and ensure smooth front-end operations including POS coverage and breaks management.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining store standards, and promoting loyalty and credit programs while complying with labor laws and company policies. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.
