Job summary

TJ Maxx in Canton, OH is hiring for a front-of-store leadership role. You will supervise Associates, promote exceptional customer service, and support loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include staffing coordination, coaching on front-end processes, and ensuring compliance with policies. The position requires flexibility for nights and weekends and at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to store policies, labor laws, and safety guidelines.
• Provide feedback and partners with management on training needs.
