TJ Maxx, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and coach associates on front-end operations in our Willoughby, OH location. You will oversee POS coverage, breaks, and daily tasks while upholding store standards and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example at the front of the store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety guidelines.
