Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team is preferred.
• Ability to promote loyalty programs and customer loyalty.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for associates.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store activities.
• Lead and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and monitor POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure tasks align with store plans and communicate priorities to the team.
• Support safety, labor policies, and shrink reduction goals.
