Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to train staff.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to promote loyalty programs and store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and supervise front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example; ensure courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and monitor POS coverage.
• Train, coach, and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer interactions.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain store plan adherence and communicate priorities to the team.
