TJ Maxx Store 1126 Monroe, LA is seeking a Front End Leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates on the front end.

You will train and coach team members, schedule registers, and respond to customer issues while maintaining store standards and promoting loyalty programs. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and merchandise execution at a busy retail location.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store associates.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and loyalty promotions.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies and promote safety.
