Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred
• 6 months of leadership experience required
• Strong merchandising techniques and customer service focus

• Lead and mentor Associates on front-end tasks and POS coverage
• Maintain a clean, organized store and communicate priorities to team
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Train Associates and provide feedback to improve performance
