Qualifications

• Works well with peers and supervisors; retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and merchandise flow.
• Process customer purchases and returns according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and follow safety guidelines.
• Support store recovery and upkeep, and participate in shrink reduction programs.
