Job summary

TJ Maxx in the USA is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience, greet customers, and assist with merchandise and checkout. You will contribute to a welcoming store environment and help customers find items quickly while providing friendly service.

You will work in a fast-paced store, maintain a clean environment, participate in loss prevention, and support store initiatives while following policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rings customer purchases and returns accurately per procedures.
• Maintains store cleanliness and organizes merchandise for sales floor.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs as applicable.
• Supports store shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Assists in cross-training across store areas as needed.
• Provides friendly, helpful assistance to customers.
• Upholds labor policies and merchandising standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
