Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an exceptional customer experience at TJ Maxx Flowood. You will oversee Associates, model strong service, and train staff on loyalty programs while managing POS coverage and break schedules.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience, with a keen eye for merchandising, multitasking, and teamwork in a dynamic environment. Flexible schedule incl. nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example at the front of the store.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers and coordinates POS coverage and breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to store policies and labor laws.
