Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained for cash register duties and front-end tasks, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.

Key requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, retail/customer service experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Strong communication and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store retail.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner according to productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, trash, and general presentation.
• Interacting professionally with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
