Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. The role includes cross-training for front-end duties, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner per productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store and restocking bathrooms, floors, trash, and neatness.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
